I'm really glad to see the opening of The Lion King and the opening montage from Up. but not even a mention of Anything from Pocahontas or The Secret of NIMH? And very little from the 20th Century! I love the animated movies of the past 20 years, but 20th Century animated movies were more heartwarming and deeply felt, 21st Century ones are more edgy and pop. we have enough edgy as it is. (The great opening scene from Up is more of a 20th Century moment) We Don't Talk About Bruno cannot possibly top the great moments from The Secret of NIMH, one of the 5 or 6 greatest movies- animated or not- ever made (up there with E. T. and Close Encounters of the Third kind, or the greatest moments in the greatest movie Disney ever made (made, not distributed, Pocahontas! Anyway, thank you for the video!

So you had to include the Oh My Disney princess room scene from the second WORST Disney Animation Studios sequel that is Ralph Breaks The Internet (right behind Frozen 2! Instead of John Silver's Makings of Greatness speech from the underrated (and vastly-superior) masterpiece that is Treasure Planet! Why must you guys always be super-biased when it comes to animated movie lists like this that include Disney! Why won't you ever include more deserving movies like Treasure Planet and leave the undeserving ones like Ralph Breaks The Internet off of lists like this! That's just not right at all!

I knew Let It Go would at least get honorable mention, Idina Manzel is an amazing singer. I have a few more. Ice Age the final scene when you realize Diego survived and was able to tell the child goodbye. In the Star Wars: The Clone Wars movie when Anakin accepts Ashoka as his apprentice. Finally a wacky but heartwarming scene in Quackbusters Bugs Bunny turns the Count into a two headed vulture and calls out to Agatha and Emily's vulture, who was voiced by the Late great Julie Bennett that he found their love of a lifetime, though he is not ready is both touching and hilarious.

Way to go Toy Story 3! The furnace scene was so scary and they held on to each other. But the aliens saved them. Here are more animated movie scenes well never forget.

Woody and the toys scare Sid away - Toy Story
Jessies sad story - Toy Story 2
Car Wash dance - Shark Tale
Flying the plane - Bee Movie
The rats work altogether - Ratatouille
Fighting the bear - Balto
Charlie gets killed drunk - All Dogs Ho to Heaven
Megamind accidentally exposed while kissing Roxanne - Megamind

I have seen Bambionly twice in my entire life and Im almost 19 years old. I saw it for the first time when I was probably eight. Maybe seven. I dont know when. But I was so traumatized by it that I didnt watch it again till I was like 16 years old! Then I spent whole movie either dreading it because I knew it would happen, crying over it when it did happen or trying to keep myself from crying anymore after it happened. I had no memory of literally any of other scene from the whole movie except that one traumatizing scene

I think my favorite moment Hass to be when venelope is with the Disney princesses. Thats a really fun scene to watch scene with them all together. Every time I watch that scene I always laugh, especially when aerial sings about wanting a shirt thats so funny and Circle of Life from lion, King always blows me away, and same with Bambis moms death thats the saddest scene in the history of Disney

The Lion King is my favorite. When i was a child i wanted to find the title of that song, i described to my friends with the introductory language.
I also noticed a botch in the Lion King. When Zazu was flying towards Mufasa, Mufasa wasn't smiling. But when Zazu bows, it shows Mufasa was smiling, getting back to him he smiled later. You should add this as another botch Ms Mojo

Glad Frozen's not on here and only as an honorable mention (even though it shouldn't have been on this list at all. I'm also glad that Lion King didn't claim the top spot this time (though I'm not surprised that it still made the top five for obvious reasons.

Something that someone pointed out points to the probable cause of Ellie's miscarriage. The paint they were using was lead paint while painting the mailbox and the baby's room. or at least that's what it would have been around that time period.

This whole list is good, but i feel like Littlefoot losing his mother in 'The Land Before Time' is a scene nobody will ever forget. It feels like it was the most heartbreaking ever, i still cry my eyes out when i see that scene
reply

All good, but there two more that I will never forget: Rapunzel's back and forth emotions when she's outside for the first time, and Dumbo's mom cradling him in her trunk after she's been jailed for protecting him.

Mine is basically the last third of Wall-E, after he gets electrocuted and sent down the trash chute. I sob full force after Eve fixes him and he hasnt rebooted fully yet and turns to roll away, not recognizing her.

Daaaamn iiiiit! now that song is stuck in my head again! i hate you guys right now also why isn't Clannad / Clannad After Story on this list? their is a few scenes that deserve to be on this list!

What about the scene in Spirited Away when Chirio helps Haku remember his name.
Or theres the scene in Spirit Stallion of the Cimmerion when Spirit jumps over the huge gap to escape the colonizers

The Furnace is the most memorable scene of Toy Story 3 only if you turned the movie off right after that scene. Andy playing with his toys one final time is easily the most memorable scene for everyone else.

All good choices but, being older, I would HAVE to include Maleficent's transformation - scared the crp out of me as a kid. Also, Hiccup reuniting with Toothless brings on the waterworks every damn time.
reply

I actually love Beauty and the Beast Ballroom scene. The beautiful dress that Belle is wearing and the Beast dressed to the nines. And Mrs. Potts singing Tale as old as Time. Classic Walt Disney.
reply

You guys missed the scene where Dumbo returns to his mother as she is chained up in a cart. She rocks Dumbo while Baby Mine plays on the soundtrack. I choke up and tear up every single time.
reply

That furnace scene in toy story makes me bawl like a baby every time and Im 45 years old! Lol. That was the perfect movie to end a trilogy and number four should never have been made.
reply

The 2 I'd add are the Baby Mine scene in Dumbo. it's beautiful and sad but just so sweet and the spaghetti dinner scene in Lady and the Tramp-a simple but still so romantic moment.
reply

Lets not forget the haircut/decision scene in Mulan (1998) - that moment, combined with Jerry Goldsmiths masterpiece of a score, never fails to impress and cause goosebumps!
reply

For those that don't know in WB's Multi-verses game trailer, we finally get to see the Iron Giant meet Superman and Supes acknowledging him as an ally.
So it's canon

reply

One that really stuck with me is the stone from The Secret of NIMH. That magical, mysterious, probably overdramatized moment really inspired my imagination.
reply

Me: I can handle all these, these are all great scenes
MsMojo shows the beginning of Up
Me: locks self in bathroom bawling for half an hour

Leap pf faith, po finds the truth, every conversation gwen has in across the spiderverse, tai lung prison escape, and I can think of more missing.
reply

to infinity and beyond iconic but gesture of love like the ballroom dance to magic carpet ride or seeing the lanterns on a boat very romantic
reply

I think the one moment i won't forget is in 101 Dalmatians where pongo and perdita are saved by the another dog during a snow storm
reply

I actually would have gone with the end of Toy Story 3 over The Claw. it is more intense, but I think the end is more emotional.
