I think its rather strange to not have Bill Cipher and Emperor Belos in 1st and 2nd place they are straight out pure evil committing mass genocide and even more atrocious crimes. And whats worse is that Uma gets the 1st place dont get me wrong shes a enjoyable character but not even worthy of being in the top 20 let alone in the 1st place but I mean Disney doesnt have that many villains that feel truly villainous. I truly feel this list is rather feel free to finish the sentence.

Sharpay is a good pick. She was such a drama queen. She made everyones lives miserable at the country club in high school musical 2. In the first movie, I would have splat those nachos on her on purpose. In the 2nd movie, I would stomp on her foot to ruin her pedicure. Also what made me mad in the 3rd movie, she has her own parking spot reserved for her and she has 2 lockers painted pink for her. Its like she has special treatment at East High and I hate that.

To me, Uma is a girl who seriously needs attention and is show off. In her song, she acted like she's the best and the strongest villain. It's not impressive or cool, it's a bit annoying. I don't fond this character fun at all! Compare to Tremaine, Cruella or the Evil queen; nothing about her is interresting. Her hair is pretty and she can sing well, that's it It's great if other people like her, i'm having a hard time!

Bill is the best villain in Disney and is probably one of the greatest villains of all time, along with Belos. He definitely deserved that number 1 spot. Belos probably should have been on the top 5 instead. I do like that Chip Whistler actually made it onto this list. But how the heck is King Andrias or the Core not on this list, but the Cuartor is?

Belos is by far my favorite disney villains. And what adds to his evil is the fact that he killed the main character albeit temporarily, his death was so satisfying as well. Also I think The Core or King Andrias from Amphibia deserved to be on this list

If The Huntsman and Belos ever teams up, they would had kill every magical creatures that are not human. But if a human side by their magical friends side, they have no problem into killing them too or if human is in their way.

Emperor Belos was hypocrisy personified in The Owl House; wanting to wipe out magic users while being one himself. Sounds eerily similar to Wanda Maximoff (eventually revealed to be a FAKE mutant) during Marvel's M-Day storyline

Sorry I love Uma and even had the honor to meet China McClain who was an absolute sweetheart, but no way I would put Uma over Shego. Especially when Umas really only a villain for like a movie and a half.
