Dishonorable Mention:
SO. MANY. CANCELLATIONS!
-You know that one kid that gets bored with their brand new toy after playing with it for only 5 seconds? If even THAT MUCH? Netflix has essentially become THAT KID! Over the years, Netflix has cancelled SEVERAL promising shows after just one season, usually before the show can reach it's true potential. They're also not above betraying their own shows too, such as what they did to Inside Job for example. Bottom line: At the end of the day, it doesn't matter if you're one of the lucky big names or someone still struggling for your big break. Backstabbing. Is still. Backstabbing!

The fact 13 Reasons Why managed to get a complete four season run while 80% of the rest of Netflix's lineup barely manage to get one season, two if they're lucky, is one of the most disgusting things Netflix ever did.
That dog crap show glamorized suicide as the solution to all your problems, they had verifiable proof that it led to an uptick in teenage suicides, and instead of casting it into the garbage heap where it belonged, they kept it going for longer than it had any right to because it brought in viewers.
What a sickening company.

I miss the old Netflix. Living in Europe, you already get the short end of the stick - lots of Netflix content is not available here. Then Disney got greedy and now Netflix has so much low quality content, it's barely worth watching. I'm using Netflix mostly to watch K-dramas nowadays.

They are losing subs for 2 reasons.
They keep caving in to Karen's and Ken's who have never, nor do they ever intend on watching the material, thereby destroying content and clever writing.
They keep cancelling great shows after 1 or 2 seasons, just as they are getting going.

well i never forgave them for the netflix animation scandal. netflix seemed like the perfect place for animation. but noooooooo.
it just had to be to demanding and many other reasons. i get it, animations expensive, but so is the thirst of cartoon lovers.

They really should have censored Hannah's graphic suicide right away, since they knew that it could trigger certain audience members. It seemed more for shock value, than anything else, and they finally edited it, two and a half years too late.

They need to stop making original series and after one or 2 seasons cancel it with a cliff hanger! Looking at you Netflix with dark crystal. There was a fan base there you just didn't give it time to rack up viewership and your marketing failed.

In regards to the Monique one, i dont think it had as much to do with the fact that she and Sykes are black women but more because those two in particular are just not that funny and wont draw in as many viewers.

Okay, but what if I want to watch netflix on my tv when I'm home and on my phone when I go out or travel. Am I expected to pay an upcharge to watch from my own damn account that I already pay for?

I know there was a lot of controversy around 13 Reasons Why but we need more shows like this. Suicide needs to stop being a taboo subject so people can feel more comfortable talking to someone

I worked for Netflix for almost two years and i can assure you: If they keep on with these dumb decisions (raising prices, not sharing passwords) they will be over faster then people think

At this point, with their prices, password sharing is more or less of a necessity. My family knows all too well. Them cracking down on it is going to be a real headache.

I still love House of Cards and since Kevin Spacey was not found guilty in court, I wish he could have finished the series. The final season really sucked.

I remember my high school sending home letters about about 13 Reason's Why. They didn't want parents to let their kids watch the show.

U do realise Claire Danes was a no name and matt Smith was a household name hence the paygap was justified for season one.

Oh how we love the innovation of Netflix. Basically killed cable tv. But even they, themselves are not perfect.
