Fun fact: people think that cat's brother is actually another character from a schneider's bakery sitcom, in the sitcom/action show Henry danger the character of frankini is a villain live streamer (from what I can remember) anyways his henchman is the character of goomer (or gieux merr) from sam and cat and when frankini introduces him goomer said that he used to hangout with frankini's sister which fans speculate is cat for 2 reasons, 1. Well, cat mentioning her brother is a running gag and sam isn't said to have a brother, only Melanie (and 4 cousins according to the wiki, and 2. Frankini's actor is cat's actor's brother in real life

3. 30 for Ned I personally would've added that he always says the nightshift cleans that (not sure how the phrase was in english, watched the series in german) and for Drake & Josh definitly also include Megan. Glad Spencers ability to set everything on fire & my cabbages are on the list

One classic gag that you didnt mention was in the Rugrats, where Grandpa Lou Pickles always used the number 15 in multiple ways with emphasis such as 15 Miles, blocks, years, etc. Not to mention Tommy Pickles catchphrase of A baby's gotta do what a Baby's gotta do!

This video is a perfect ode to childhood (yes even the newer references.
That being said, there's two one-off lines I'd like to add as honorable mention:
Norm the Genie: Ah Smoof
and
Tom Sawyer: As they say in Missouri. I AIN'T GOIN' BACK TO MISSOURI

Very surprised you didn't include any running gags for Jimmy Neutron or Rugrats, if you do yet another list I would recommend: Carl Wheezer's crush on Judy (aka Jimmy's Mom) and Lou Pickles' favorite number (Number 15.
reply

Yeah, the reason Doug's neighbors The Dinks can afford so much very expensive stuff is that they both work and don't have children. They are Double Income, No Kids which shortens to Dink, thus the last name.

One of the BEST (and my favorite of all) running gags on Nickelodeon is one word: WHY
Especially when uttered by Kenan. It was so great and funny they even used it across multiple shows.

reply

Beware! (Danny Phantom)
My Cabbages! (Avatar the Last Airbender)
Dinkleberg. (Fairly Oddparents)
The best repeated Nickelodeon gags of time in my opinion lol.

reply

Everytime I would watch The Fairly Oddparents I would always look forward to if Timmy's Dad would blame Dinkleberg for the funniest thing. It's just a classic

The Weasel from Neds Declassified School Survival Guide looks like a ferret, but hey, ferrets are descendants from the weasel and skunk family after all!
reply

Man a lot of these shows were a large part of my childhood. And their not on tv anymore. This can only be the work of Dinkleberg.
CURSE YOU DINKLEBERG!

reply

I think Birdbrains Henchmen should be higher because they get me laughing so hard. (Who, Where, Duck, You, Holy Cow, Bob, Fly, Peck Me, Bite Me, and Nightmare)
reply

Honrable mention to Danny Phantom's Box Ghost and BEWARE! That brief clip sums up my feelings of it but I still laugh cuz its every stinking time he's there
reply

Im pretty sure the writers of the cartoon got the word Dinkleberg from the slang insult word my dad and others have used in the past. called Dingleberry.
reply

Who loves orange soda. Kel does and Welcome to the Good Burger. Home of the Good Burger, can I take your order? are my favorite quotes from the 90s
reply

reply

Concluding the my leg, gag and Dinkel Berg, gag, and also the iCarly Spencer, putting things on fire, made this so funny class
reply

Its violent. Its educational. But mostly violent. Yay, Violence. That was so funny. Fairly Odd-parents were great.
reply

The thing about Dinkleberg, on the charade episode he melted Mr. Turner's trophy and madr it a toilet seat.
reply

The Dinks' last name is an acronym for dual income no kids and that's how he could afford all that stuff.
reply

Cursed Bobby for screwing things up after blowing Luna's cover so easily to help Lincoln and Clyde to escape!
reply

Mr Dink can afford all that stuff because he and Tippy both work. his name means 'Double Income, No Kids.
