The ones on this list are probably the most well-known. Some others that were less well-known but at least deserve honourable mention:
1. Debbie Downer at a birthday party: Rachel Dratch, Ben Affleck, Amy Poehler, Fred Armisen, Maya Rudolph, and Horatio Sanz are having a birthday party for Ben's character. Rachel and Ben got the giggles and it spread. The only one who didn't break was Fred Armisen, but he briefly smirks. In fact, Ben struggles so much that his voice goes high, he has to wipe away tears from laughter, and can't get his lines out.
2. Mary Katherine Gallagher with Rosie O'Donnell, Whitney Houston, and Penny Marshall: There was a lot of giggling but they didn't fully break until Mary Katherine Gallagher smells her fingers. Even some of the extras in the background were smiling. Rosie struggled to compose herself to deliver her lines. Somehow Molly Shannon (Mary) was the only one who didn't break and remained super serious.
3. Teacher Fell Down: It's rare when Kate McKinnon breaks but in this quirky one about a melodramatic 1950s-style teacher who falls down, the whole cast had the giggles, including Jonah Hill, Pete Davidson, and Aidy Bryant.
4. Locker room dance: When Will Forte, playing a coach, starts dancing in an over-the-top flamboyant way, the entire cast (sitting in the background) has to either cover their faces with the towels they were holding or at least crack a smile. Including Peyton Manning, Bill Hader, Kenan Thompson, Fred Armisen, Jason Sudeikis, and Andy Samberg.
5. Rejean: Fred Armisen was playing Jason Sudeikis's new girlfriend, the snobby and critical Rejean, during a visit at their friends' place. At one point, Vanessa Bayer broke (after Fred's stomach popped out of his outfit as he was flailing on the couch, causing Aidy Bryant to giggle uncontrollably. Fred was smiling. This didn't break the whole cast but it was funny.

Bill Haders baby face in these videos! That man just like a handful of others in Hollywood has aged like fine wine. The older they get, the hotter they become.
And they would deliberately try to break Bill out of character and make him laugh too stop him from actually having an actual breakdown. He didnt know at the time while he was working at SNL that the reason he kept having panic tacks was being he has a severe anxiety disorder. He wasnt diagnosed until almost three years after he left the show thats what was wrong with him and has been his whole life. Hes got it under control now.
And most of the classic cast members have all come out and said on the record that they think Bill is the most talented male cast member to come out of the show throughout its whole history. And they dont think the show will ever have another male cast member on Bills level.
Ive noticed over the years some of the cast members that worked/works on the show after Bill left have tried being the new version, they failed! Hes on a whole different level and the cast from the mid 2000s in my opinion is still the best group the show had, had in a very long time. All of them with big careers outside and after they left SNL too this day. Wheres the cast members who came and went after them?

Please more videos of SNL, there has to be with Cherry O'Terry, Will Farrell. I just need more! Maybe if there's Political debates that the cast couldn't get through. I just absolutely love this and laughed so hard. Oh, I LOVE Kate McKinnon and her sketches as the Dr on Weekend update

This is lacking Retirement Party, a cut sketch featuring Paul Rudd. Two IT guys (Rudd and Beck Bennett) give their coworker a sendoff as a New Wave band, and everybody either breaks or is on the verge of tears trying to keep it together.

I think the sketch New Girlfriend with Fred Armisen as Regine & Jason Sudeikis as Regine's boyfriend is far funnier than some of the sketches here, and the whole cast is cracking up.

I've got a fever. And the only prescription is more cowbell. Truly iconic, and one of the most hilarious sketches in SNL history. No wonder they couldn't keep it together.

Yaaayy about time someone show love to gap girls
Also love when the middle of the scene, Sara Gilbert points out their characters are wearing the same exact clothes 3 days later

SNL Like America's Funniest Home Videos and The Simpsons kills me with their longevity at least I have the choice not to watch 2 out of the 3 I still watch The Simpsons

When it comes to breaking the entire cast, Debbie Downer cannot be topped. Everyone is doubled-over laughing to the point where its a miracle any lines are delivered.

I didn't realize that Pete Davidson was ever in the Californians skits. I thought that was a few years before he started on the show.

First off, I am thirty-five years old, I am thrice divorced, and I live IN A VAN DOWN BY THE RIVER! God, I miss Chris Farley.

There was a time in SNL that to hold it together and not break was the code. It was a lot funnier when they didn't break.

Anything with Chris Farley was gold. Number 19 was one of my very favorites. It still makes me die laughing.

Oops I just burst out laughing at the crashing into the coffee table bit in the middle of my quiet office.

Bill Hader's Stefon character was very remenissant of Paul Lynd's own acting style and sass. I loved it.

When I first saw the Californians, I was confused. I had to watch it a few times to understand the humor.
