The fat vs skinny thing is annoying because the neck and face. Why make the neck and face fat too? A body suit is enough I have yet to see a fat person who has a neck and face like that. puffy face yes a saggy face yes but nothing so extreme that you can't tell where the face starts. 135lbs vs 225lbs was the same neck I have always had my cheeks puffed a bit more but everything else was below the neck

Re: Looper. That was horrendous. There's a lot of photos and movie footage from the 1980's of Bruce Willis as a young(er) man. That re-creation make-up was abysmal. As for bad make-up, Dustin Hoffman's aged make-up (he was supposed to be 100 years old) in Little Big Man. . oof.

I didnt think Helena Bonhams hair was bad. It seems like they were going for modern look instead of 60s when the og came out.
I loved Jupiter Ascending and wished I had Channings boots and wings. Maybe yes, he looks like a military elf, but it was a good action film.

Gotti and Capone have some of the worst makeup I've ever seen. In Gotti, the old age prosthetics on John Travolta are so bad that they are the worst I've ever seen. And in Capone, Tom Hardy's face is caked with way too much powder to give off the impression that he's dying.

By your description, sounds like Pacino as Big Boy Caprice shouldn't be in here.
Could've been replaced by the make-up on Michael J. Fox or Christophe Lambert, depicting their aged appearances; respectively in 'Back To the Future Pt. II' and 'Highlander II'.

Honorable mention: Tom Hankss Col. Tom Parker Makeup in Elvis (2022) because the prosthetics made him very cartoonish and Hideous and looked like the toilet seat chin psychlo from battlefield earth!

The Dick Tracy Makeup looks artificial as the whole movie. It fits perfectly to the look. - But Hitchcock is definitely missing on this list. Anthony Hopkins doesn't look like Hitchcock at all.

Even as a child, I thought that Ryan Reynolds' fat suit looked super distracting, and easily took me out of the flashbacks. At least he ditches it for most of the movie.
