The epicness of Baz Luhrman films is that he puts so much into detail into all aspects of his film, from clothes to music. When making The Great Gatsby, he also made it clear that he wanted the music to represent what characters from the 20s would be hearing today. Shouldve been included as one of the honorable mentions imo.

All 3 Guardians movies should be 1, 2 & 3.
The following are better soundtracks than this list:
Cruella
Can't Hardly Wait
Making A Friend For The End of The World
Empire Records
Reality Bites
Coyote Ugly
The Crow
Suicide Squad
Hustle & Flow
Any & all Tarantino movies

I would've added Surf's Up to that list, at least as an honorable mention it's because of that movie that I ever heard Drive by Incubus and You Get What You Give by New Radicals. Seriously, TELL ME those songs don't fit the scenes they play in, cuz they do

Not much digging here! Better title - popular in the last 20 or so years! Especially in the age of movie soundtracks coming out months before the actual film and is flashed across the preview! Sheesh!

I would have picked some different soundtracks but I definitely love to watch the list that MsMojo makes. And Black Panthers soundtrack was better than a lot of the ones ahead of it.

Great songs! Id add Electric Slide soundtrack (2014) for amazing late 70s punk/ new wave music and Eyes of Laura Mars (1978) for Barbra Streisand and Michael Zager Band songs

The best thing about the Twilight movies were their increasingly awesome soundtracks. They had so many catchy songs to distract from wooden acting and mediocre storytelling.

Ms. Mojo just heard the term slaps yesterday but no one told them that phrase already died about 3 years ago. This title sounds like the most boomer shit ever.

Next: overrated singers that shouldn't have been chosen to sing on a soundtrack
1. Eilish. they could have chosen better singers for Bond & Barbie

Im surprised that the soundtracks from any of the fifty shades of grey movies arent on here. Literally only good thing to come from that godawful mess.

Hairspray - the original, not the musical - has a soundtrack that will get you moving, and the Blues Brothers movie music never, ever, ever gets old.

Number one should have been Hairspray (Original Version)
Because of how important the music was to each scene, it constantly gets miscast as a Musical

Spirit Stallion of the Cimmaron has a really good soundtrack as well. I think a lot of people sleep on it because it's a very underrated movie.

For me, the soundtrack from Now & Then is still one of my absolute favorites and I'm glad it introduced me to so many hits from the 1960s.

I loved the Clueless soundtrack! I feel Empire Records should've been on this list but otherwise it's a pretty good one

How did Daredevil (2003) not even get an honorable mention? Utterly terrible movie, but that soundtrack was beyond incredible.

Cruel Intentions is my all time favourite soundtrack. (Though Romeo+Juliet is a close second. Think I just love the eclectic mix.

Brother Bear should at least be mentioned along with Tarzan. So underrated and best work of Phil Collins.
