Knowing his addiction struggles as he mentioned, you can tell he's alcohol abuse from pills. Especially with the alcohol due to the flushing redness in his face and other tell tale signs. I think it's pretty hypocritical how society throws away addicts as if they one day chose that way of life yet Matthew Perry dies and it seems to give people a peek into the creation of addiction. Were all human.

I remember watching the show, but was too young to find humor.
Perry was funny, it's too bad times have change and you can't make those typeds of jokes without getting kicked off the show.
The world has changed, and people like Perry sadly are becoming instinct.
Anxiety has set in, society is losing a sense of what it is like to have fun.

Devastated at this tragic loss of Matty. I cried for days. I was in the process of watching the re runs of Friends but I've had to pause as it's just too sad. The kind sensitive souls always seem to be tortured ones. You were a star on earth and now you are one in the sky. In loving memory of Matthew Langford Perry.

Using sarcasm is an artform. If done incorrectly, rhe actor will just seem like an annoying asshole and it will get very tedious. Matthew injected the role wirh so much of his own quirks, insecurity and wit, it was impossible to not laugh and be impressed by his skills. RIP, great talent.

He made me laugh so many times, even when I was at my deepest, worst times. My favourite scene from him is serious though. When he convinces Erica to choose them as adoptive parents. I think it was a very touching performance by Matthew.

I think in this case, just letting the clips run without commentary would help them play better. Yes we have seen these gag reels before, however all the narration destroys the humor and timing you are citing as part of this list.
