were counting down our picks for the Top 10 Things You Should Learn How to Cook in 2017 As a college student, I clicked looking for fun things to add to my lunchbox, Besides the zoodles, everything else feels too trendy. But I have tried zoodles and it truly is a simpe way to add more veggies to a diet, however most pasta recipe I eat already have plenty of veggies in them lol. Also I didnt realize people thought pasta was unhealthy enough to need to be replaced with veggies. Most pasta is extreely healthy, so long as its not covered in oil. Water and salt is all you need, just dont be lazy and actually stir your noodles.\r\n

Have to go easy on the bone broth. Though it boosts immune system, it also promotes cell proliferation (growth) because of all that growth hormones, which is promoting the white blood cells and red blood cells. However, it could also promote unwanted cell growth such as cancer cells. Especially for those who are more susceptible to bone cancer or other related cancer

Can we stop promoting the increase use of plastic? I'll let you in on a little secrete: The more you sou-vide (in this case, salmon, the less wild salmon there will be left to eat. I don't expect those who love to use plastic to care about the quality of their ingredients or their own health but farmed salmon isn't even comparable to their wild counterpart.

HAhahahha so the new thing is just mixing up shit and giving it some catchy name. or selling gadgets like slow cooker that do exactly what you can achieve you have a cooking pot and a stove: D but yeah, maybe introducing fried chicken as some new thing should have given me the glue maybe not even watch this video lol.

typical american video needs little sayings with clips from tv too make it entertaining for them as americans have an attention span of 1 minute and dont want anything intelligent being said as they might need to use their brains.

Im a man and I think its basic logic to dislike the video without even watching it. Am I a feminazi? This is crazy, yeah put women in the kitchen while men are fixxing cars or spitting or something.

I am indifferent to gender when it comes to food. so I really enjoyed this, although I know it already. foodies, unite! we have nothing to lose, but we may satisfy our appetites! :)

This is all about a meat eating propaganda, none of these things especially the bone broth is healthy, if bone broth helps you that means your diet was shit to begin with.

also, that (spelling) souvie idea has been used in restaurants for years, especially in chains like the olive garden. they just call it a rethermalizer.

I think homemade soups should also be in there.
I make a mean potato leek soup (sometimes with bacon) it's thick and great on a cold winter day!

I thought that experts say not to serve raw fish at home, because most people don't know how to detect if there are parasites in the fish.

Why is there a movie clip every 10 seconds? Is average Mojo viewer not caple of concentrating on a topic at hand and needs to be entertained?
reply

This stuff is not appetising for me. I'll stick with roasts, proper soup and fish and rice slice, thanks. Far more delicious too.

mojo thinks we never saw vegetables. imo try to fill in kimchi and hot sauces in your meals. you can eat and use them everywhere

What you are calling poke is just bog standard Japanese scattered sushi. with the added hipster trend of course.
