Strange why they don't use they're old base or why they don't move to vault one eleven. There's even a Railroad base under Nora's house. Why not use that one too? The Brotherhood got to they're main base pretty fast. They would not have been able to get there that fast!

FINISH -MASS FUSION- quest an you can continue i knownit get really confusing twards the end of the game and finish all you wanna do with the brotherhood cause they will no longer like you permanently

For anyone stuck on the -continue working with father- just keep completing the institute quests till you get to Powering Up. I-m not sure if this will work for everyone but it did for me.

For me I completed mankind redefined, mass fusion pinned and powering up with the institute once done this the synth should run up to you abit z1-14
