games are games and consoles are consoles, people. a console doesn't need to be great and powerful to run a great game, and I think all of the consoles at one point or another have proved that. this game looks absolutely astonishing (admittedly, I hope there's more than that one song that plays while exploring in a skell: p) and there's no need to bring dumbass console wars into this. let's just enjoy a good game.

Why are people comparing this to Fallout 4? Both have their own merits. Fallout 4 brings alot to the table for the series, such as settlement building, weapon crafting, voiced protagonist, and far better gunplay than ever before in the series.
Xenoblade X, I cannot comment on a whole lot as I have been refraining from too many details until now, but if it's anything like the first Xenoblade, it'll be awesome too.

The graphics looks great but a few pop ins are noticeable, will this be improved?
The combat looks good, but I have to try it out for my self and the skells look beautiful. I can feel the hype for this game but the online needs voice chat but at least we have good old text chat (Should probably add voice chat like an update or something if they decide to add after the game realease.

does this play like a traditional turn based rpg? or like an action rpg ala star ocean 4/tales etc? or is can it be played like a TPS? man, im a ps3/ps4 player, and i dont see anything like this coming out on those systems, id hate to get a wiiU just for this: ( and i love mechs.

This is incredible. At 720p 30FPS, this game puts Fallout 4 to absolute shame. Even with a lack of power, this game shows that art direction and use of color and scale go much farther than resolution and frame rate can achieve alone.

At one point I found it shit when games decided to have an extremely minimal apprach to on screen HUD stuff, but this has a bit too much going on n the layout to the extent the gameplay can't be seen as well

As much as I liked the original xenoblade. this just looks beautifully made, all those maps, backgrounds, details. the fact that its more futuristic and the music composed by Sawano. It all just. fits.

Wot going to pi-- me off is reviewers, are going to give Fallout 4 a pass. Even with bugs in game and doing nothing new. XCX will still get a lower score, even if XCX was even million time better.

I love how you can instantly tell if the OST of a show/game is composed by Sawano. The music has that same epicness like his work from Kill la Kill, Attack on Titan and Aldnoah Zero.

Cockpit view is so friggin' dope. What a cool mechanic! If only we could toggle that view on at any time. Still, tying a special effect to the transition is pretty awesome.

Game looks kinda cool. That point blank pop-in is horrible though. Guess I'm spoiled by my PC and seeing things coming on the distant horizon. Still nice score for the WiiU.
