Its not an easter egg if the encounter was required for game progression. Easter eggs is hidden content you have to go find or have a chance encounter with, hence the name. Its not something thats dropped in everybodys lap. May as well point out Guillermo del Toros easter egg as Deadman

Conan could make a perfect role in any game, he looks and sound like one of those scientists characters that helps the main hero in an action or sci-fi games or be an annoying villain.

This is literally a real thing, wow. I just finished watching the clip of Conan's show with Norman as a guest and I thought it was a joke when they brought it up. Pretty cool!
