I know very little about CP, but it's heartening to see a young girl living her life with joy because of her determination, the mother's love, and her relationship with a dog who is obviously helping Maya so much. I hope that she's able to eventually overcome her CP symptoms, because she deserves such an outcome.

What evil, living in the dark basement person, would not give a thumb's up for a heart warming video, of a little girl being strong and determined. I feel sorry for people so filled with hate, they need to destroy any joy. It must be soul crushing to be that filled with hate for anything.

I have CP, and oh, my word - the feels. Maya and I are kindred spirits, all the way from that striped shirt that looks like one that I used to wear, all the way down to the leg braces and the walker. Here's to many, MANY more happy years of new steps into new adventures together!

I myself was born with a disability and could only walk when I was four years old. I was just as proud and happy as Maya. I understand her very well. If you were born with a disability, you have to be a go-getter and Maya is. You go girl!
