Haha it's the same with our cat and my gf, she had the cat long before she met me, but when I came into their life, the cat seem to have changed owner, she only wants me and she bite my gf, I love that cat but feel a bit sorry for my gf lol, she loves that cat too but she are not allowed to cuddle with her, I am not sure why they behave like that, but I think that she the cat can somehow feel I am male and she is jelous when gf cuddle with me. so wierd lol, it would be interesting to know if you solved the little problem.

When I first got married my wife found a cat as well. She was found by an alley so we obviously named her Ally. While she loved my wife she would torment her with things like jumping out to paw or nip at her ankles as she walked by while only loving on me. I miss that sweet girl.

I adopted a 20 lb cat and my husband went along for the ride. He wasn’t even a cat daddy. But somehow my cat would lay on his chest, never mine. I was so jelly. Now my husband died from Liver damage so now i realize why she was like that with him!
