I’ve always wanted a sweet chonky low rider pittie that’s a big baby hippo. With the exact same kind of sweet face. I just lost my dog & im going to foster pretty soon bc I can’t adopt a new dog yet, I need to grieve Toby. We’ve never been able to have pitties or chihuahuas even though those are the dogs you find the most of, bc of my kid’s allergies. But I’ve been reading pitties and chi’s are low shed dogs, some ppl with allergies can tolerate them, so I feel like this is the perfect time to see if maybe it’ll work. I’ve always wanted to foster & with fostering if my kid has a reaction, they can go to another foster. I have all this time now since loosing Toby. I adopted Toby in 2020 as an abandoned 10 yr old, but for the last 2 yrs bc he was declining, my life revolved around him. I’m kind of at a loss & feel like after caring for a blind, diabetic dog with dementia for 2 yrs, I can handle dogs that need a bit more help. Although I’m still just sad, I’m also a tiny bit excited at the prospect of helping a dog that really needs it. I have partial custody of my sister big derpy poodle, but when he goes home it’ll be super lonely. I’m fortunate my sister let me have him longer bc I needed him as I went through losing Toby, but she misses him.

I kinda hope the previous owner can see this and know that this sweet baby is okay. They must have been heartbroken not being able to help, allergies are not easy to deal with and i imagine the vet bills were absolutely horrendous. Sometimes a home just doesn't work out right and he didn't look neglected or hurt besides his skin, so he seems to have been taken care of.

This is especially meaningful as i also have a white pittie with skin issues. Not as serious as Clyde's but $$$$ of dollars spent trying to figure out the cause and cure. So glad to see a happy ending. I would definitely get another pittie but would think twice about another white one as they are prone to allergies

Thank you for showing more and more Pitties. they ARE SUCH AN AWESOME BREED! They seriously get a bad wrap. Please feature more. I love all dogs. I love All animals. But that specific breed is SO loving. Their hugs are THE BEST! If a pitt falls in love with you. You got that love for Life!

2: 33. why crate at bed time. thanks for helping. he looks and feels much better I'm sure. I want my dogs able to get anywhere (within reason) in the house at night. you never know what's gonna happen in the middle of the night or if you'll be able to get to their crate to let them out.

Oh my goodness, bless his heart! Please be so, so careful rescuing abused pits thoughthese dogs are capable of great damage, and the abused ones are more likely to snap. Please just be extremely responsible with them and mindful of the safety of others.

Typical pitbull. Ive owned different dogs throughout my 62yrs and the pit is by far the best breed Ive ever owned. All the kids and grandchildren grew up with them. the temperament, joy and happiness is amazing plus the children were protected from any harm

The Only thing i wish from our furry friends is more Time. I hate that My girl passed away before i wasnt that old. So now i have to wait decades to see my soulmate penny girl again. I MISS AND LOVE YOU PENNY! PLEASE WAIT FOR MOMMA

My 1st pittie was born with Mange and had to have these baths that smelled horrible, all her hair fell out. She was miserable. But I had her fixed and she slept with me. Turned into the most loving dog!

IDK what that you're in but I bet if you went to a tack and saddle shop they could do make a custom canvas and fleece jacket much like a horse blanket, just smaller.

I actually looked like that due to reaction from Amoxycillin. 8 weeks I was like that. That Poor Dog handled it better than I did.
