LOVING IT Just wanted to say i love this ch All of your videos resonate so deeply in my spirit, it would take forever to explain how i feel and the difference of peace it is making in my mental state. Also, i have been doing your 5min MtD since last week and this one and let me say i feel the burn EVERYWHERE Question: is it normal for someone who is totally new to pilates (i usually do alot of taebo and follow a healthy vegan diet but i dont usually stretch at all) to feel alot of lower back pain during some of the poses? I figure its due to being new to this, i dont have any lingering pain. Awesome ch, once again, you both are amazing. Sending love from NYC

I have to admit as a yoga and Pilates teacher I was skeptical at first. the trippy, bubbly music, the seemingly overly new-age-y approach, but I now believe that's just who you are. Cute and bubbly. But you really do put together videos that are appropriate, sufficiently challenging, and inventive. I love the 17-minute format and have added any number of your Pilates minis like this to my playlist. When I want a little something at the end of the day, they are perfect. Thanks so much for sharing your sunny personality and killer Pilates and yoga minis. I'm glad I found you.

Never in my life could do sit-ups. I tried your challenges for a couple of months and had a break of over a week, just exercise movements I remembered with never- succeeded setups, while watching telly. Tonight I thought lets get intensive training again and I had done two setups in a roll I can't believe it I never thought it will be possible for me thank you so much for your videos Miss beautiful. I truly appreciate that your movements give us breathing time to keep us going. It is this slow progress that builds us up and makes miracles xxx

Hi Boho Beautiful. I've been doing Yoga for the first time in my life. I think your videos are amazing and actually I'm quite hooked on Yoga now, so thank you. My question is, what's the best Yoga routine for someone who works at an office all day, sitting down, with minimum movement. A good Yoga routine that I can practice every evening when I arrive home, to burn calories and also to develop flexibility. Thank you and God bless.

Juliana, i have been doing this routine fon and off for a few months now, and results are slowly showing. Do you recommend any other workouts along with this for faster results? like HIIT, or some sort of weight trainning or cardio? i normally do 30 min of low impact aerobics or walk for about an hour before i do this routine. Keep up the great job that you are doing.

I found the beginner yoga video, I'm hooked. Most videos have very irritating instructors but your voice is relaxing to me and I enjoy the pace you carry through your videos, I'm never bored. Thank you for creating this journey with your husband, very inspirational.

This pilates routine takes the cake Some are too slow, and others too fast paced, but I enjoyed this alot. It was challenging but felt great at the same time, and the snowy backdrop was gorgeous. You're a Rockstar for braving the cold. Thank you
