Felt awesome as alwayssss Wowowow can't believe I've been up since 6am. normally I'm not up till noon. well just couldnt sleep I guess. th4n again I'm more irritable. but this yoga def should help with a peaceful n healthier start of my day n lil more flexibility. as I fdidnt do ne yoga over the wknd. got a bit tight Its just part of ma daily life now yoga n meditation. love the 14 day flexibility program omgmgmg juliannnaaaa you guys put 3 14 day programs. ahhhhhh gonna take me forever to finish all 3. but they're def worth it. u mark n all ur guys videos n life motto r aweso, e & beyond inspiring I def see a progress in my, mental &physical body since I started doing yoga with u guys almost 3 yrs ago Omgmgmgmg N, meeting you guys live Oct 2017 in Chicago was beyond awesome Can't wait to see u again; ) xoxo mwahhh for now Wish I c0uld talk to u guys been going thru a rough patch: (

Hey I just found you and thank you very much One thing for me as a stiff very unfit 37 who has to lean backwards to keep the back straight, can't even think of bending forward. Tips what to do for the very first steps into a posture would be great, because mostly your tips to do it like this and that if the correct posture isn't possible yet are still unthinkable for me. But still: So very nice of you to provide all that and I keep following, do some practise each day. It'll get better

I LOVE this morning routine will practice this now every morning before school. I hve also a wish: could you mke a yoga video with the asanas frog, split, yoga squat, head stand and lizard? These are one of my favourites but i can't put them all into a yoga session that is greatly flowing. It would make me so happy Love you, keep on with your great work. Lots of love, Hannah

How do you get to this level in your yoga practice (how many days a week do you need to practice, how long does your practice need to be, etc? Is taking professional classes the only answer or could I just do videos similar to this? I would love to get to this level and be able to teach/spread the amazing practice of yoga. Boho beautiful is goals. ha ha: D

I am interested in purchasing one of your programs, but I am having a hard time deciding between the 10 day program or the complete program. Is the length of the 10 day videos shorter? Does the complete program also come with an eating guide? If anyone has any insight that could help me decide, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you

I just finished this yoga session and I have to say that I was watching this video from my phone, and my phone was propped up against my coffee cup (filled with hot, spicy Chai bubble tea) and sitting at the end of my mat: ) It is still hot and I am now sipping and treating myself after this lovely yoga workout. I love your classes and suggested it to my friend but shes having a difficult time continuing her yoga routine ever since her surgery she cant bend her back due to metal rods in her lower back. I was wondering if you could make a video to help her stretch without bending, might be a challenge?

I love your videos, however the music in this one is nauseating. Really repetitive and it sounds like birds regurgitating. Otherwise, you always produce great workouts amidst such beauty with everything perfectly coordinated. So sorry my first comment had a negative.

Thank you so much for this wonderful practice I'm a Yoga beginner, but your videos make it really easy to understand the movements and the breaths. I already found such inner calm and peace by implementing yoga into my daily life. Thank you for being an amazing teacher
