Wow that's tomorrow morning sorted I'm on day 11 of glute challenge it's been so tough but I've been really determined. I've already done the leg and ab challenges. I want to do the cardio one next. Now I'm a bit stronger I feel up for that. I'm noticing muscle lines on my body I have never seen before I've really learnt patience with my body. For instance, when I first started these challenges I had to pause many times pouring with sweat and panting in pain in childs pose lol. But now I breeze through them and don't have to pause. They are still super challenging though I feel fantastic. Look forward to all of your videos Thank you so so much Love and light x

I feel like your workouts lately have been less fast-paced and more focused on presence and really feeling the movements. I'm enjoying that. This one in particular really felt like it was put together with loving energy. Thank you, Boho Beautiful

I did this tonight after an intense leg day yesterday and it really hit the spot. Can you do an upper body flow when you get a chance? Maybe a beginner to arm balances one? Love your videos

Am I the only one who finds these videos super hard? I'm a beginner and I would love to be able to reach this level of strenght one day but for now I find them super discouraging.
