I need the scissors! I was going to do the butterfly cut thingie cos I have like 6 inches of dead ends and have been having migraines keeping me inside my house for the past like month so I have to do it myself. Tbf, I've waited 7 months to get a haircut thus far and I've never cut my hair before but why not cut your hair with kitchen scissors when you never see the light of day, amiright? Also, I would actually follow the tutorial. That does drive me mad. People like this seems like it would make sense chop chop oh no! Like. You're not a professional, what'd you think would happen lol

It s better to not cut your hair before boot camp. It s easier to leave it long so it can be put into a nice clean bun. Take it from someone who was told nearly her whole military career stuart! your hair looks like shit! fix it! and brush your hair girl
I do brush my hair but it it not only thick but also fragile and broke constantly creating lots of chunky fly always and i hate using gel and hair products and still don t to this day and I was in before we were aloud to wear ponytails, makeup, or earrings.

Watching Brad cringe makes me cringe those were some bad haircuts. Reminds me of when i let my friend cut my hair. She told me she had taken some cosmetology classes. So i trusted her with my hair. I parted my hair cuz i had done it with my mom before, and i loved the way it came out. So when my friend just took apart the way i parted my hair and grabbed all my hair did like a low ponytail and cut it off. I was so mad. It was so uneven and so short. I couldn't even try to fix it. So never again.

Just the mom's cutting their daughter's hair videos. I'm over there low-key wanting curtain bangs, but I already have bangs, so i'm letting them grow out, and meanwhile my mom keeps telling me my bangs are getting a too long and she keeps wanting to cut them, and the thing is I'm still one the fence of weather I want to grow my bangs out or not, so my mom just keeps getting on my nerves every-time she asks me what I have decided I want to do with my hair. WOMEN, I DON'T KNOW!

I think the 2nd girl actually twisted her pony forward. That's why it was staggered like that? It looked twisted to me. ALSO Ladies, if you are joining the military DO NOT cut your hair short. It's a lot easier to keep your hair squared away and neat if it's long enough to bun. You aren't allowed (at least in the older regs) to shave your head as well. Don't do it. This does not apply to the Navy though, I think you actually still need short hair.

The thing about the cutting above the elastic, wouldnt it be better to cut below the elastic to prevent people from cutting upwards? Like all the time in these videos you start to see the hair form like a / shape as people cut. Like it seems better to have two elastics and cut between them. One as a guide and one to catch the hair. (I'm not a stylist, its just always been my opinion.

The momma cutting her daughter's hair for boot camp knows hair can not touch the collar. Two hair choices in the military for ladies, you either have it so short that it does not touch your collar or you keep it long BUT must pull it back in a tight bun. Most gals choose short hair because they are only allowed 15 minutes to get up and get dressed.

I actually cut all my long hair off last week, it is the shortest it has been since I was very very little it s even shorter than my brother s (who is growing his out haha) thanks to watching so many of your videos I managed not to end up in this category and it looks great and I feel fabulous! Thank you so much Brad for everything that you do

Brad, mistoppurtunity 's daughter is going to bootcamp. Her daughter's hair is going to be recut even shorter. maybe her mom wanted to keep her daughters hair. I thought I cut my hair short enough when I entered bootcamp but when I got in they went so much more in on it!

I really don't know how I always go from watching nile Wilson and the squads videos, to the hoof GP, to here. but it happens every single time.
I still wish I'd filmed my last home 'trim' as it turned in to taking a good 6 inches off and a complete mess

I swear half the people doing hair cuts on tiktok are trolling, especially the step 'face framing' videos. I think they're just making a silly video just for tiktok before getting it cut professionally at a salon (as was already planed)
