5: 19 Speaking of lavender, could you make a video about ways that you can use lavender in cooking? I love lavender honey, but Poland, where I live is not South enough for it to be make locally, so it's about twice as expensive as normal one (which is itself about 50% more expensive now due to the pandemic, but I have some lavender plants in the garden and I'd like to know what can I make with them.

I come seeking ye wisdom
I've got some sensory processing issues with certain soft-mushy elements in food like boiled carrots or tomatoes in general.
What are some vegetables and methods that get tougher results?
(I know about beans. Beans are life. Kneel before the beans)

A practice common to Indian cooking, which might be good in a recipe like this, is to toast spices like cumin seeds or mustard seeds in a little oil (or ghee) before adding to the soupy concoction of the day. (often this is dal or another legume, but I think it'd be good here)

Hey Adam! I've been watching for a bit, and I'm wondering if you'd make a video about how you reliably find all these trustworthy sources and voices for your more informative videos. Is there a process to this or do you just explore and discover on the net?

The purple of the lavender is absolutely visually beautiful. and I do like the smell of it. but it does not like me. Lavender is one of my migraine triggers, which is really saddening, lol. But still, excellent choice!

I've scrolled past this video a few times now and finally clicked on it to say that the thumbnail looks to me like a pale, yellow-ish frog with its legs spread. That's all. Have a good night.

East Tennessee? Just curious, why did you leave Macon? I have to drive to Orlando, and I plan to stop by Macon just to try dry-aged beef at that Dovetail restaurant you featured.

The onions are cebollitas, Mexican green onions. Cut a bulb in half, rub a bit of oil and salt on it, and plop it on a grill or flat top until the flat side is caramelized, devour
