If Claire was 20lbs lighter, she could be a leading actress, she really has lovely features and nice skin and that cool streak in her hair. As is, she's still lovely, and more relatable. If she was peak fitness she'd be almost too hot, the sort to make people feel uncomfortable. Especially in some yoga pants, mmm hmm. Don't hate, you know you'd like to see that too.

Ok, Claire. Can I be your assistant? I'm not a food scientist or anything, but I'm just a resourceful nerd who loves food and think we would make a great team. Like, did you think of using powdered peanut butter? I bet your first test would have worked. Pulling the sugar wasn't a terrible idea, but the air needs to come from the whipped egg whites.

Does anyone else dissect a Snickers bar as you eat it? I start with the chocolate and separate the layers. It works best if it is chilled or frozen.
