This needs to be more relaxed More like Im watching a how to and I want to do it while Im watching rather than we only have 20 minutes and we have to rush this Let it be more chill and fun Make some drinks to pair with the dish youre making or have a glass of complimentary wine like someone would while they were cooking something new No need to be so professional, and that alone would make it way more entertaining. Still love it though

ARE HER SHOES SAYING FCK TRUMP? I SPIT OUT MY RED BULL My own opinion completely aside, I don't really think political statements have anything to do in the wonderful world of bon Appetit, but maybe that's just me I love you Carla, please forgive me

Carla is such a great teacher. She is thorough. Such basic instructions for such complicated dishes. Her voice, Her cadence. She motivates her guest. Then such positive feedback at the end of the cooking segment. I would love to learn from her

When I was a kid, I read a book called sweet dream pie. This elderly woman made a pie with all kinds of candy in it and it gave people sweet dreams. But if you ate too much those dreams turned into nightmares. So, small slices.

I know it's not traditional(I made it this way many times in culinary school, but deglazing the pan with a dash of white wine and sauteeing a minced garlic clove in the butter takes this sauce to another level. Either way, well-done

I like the early videos better. doesn't seem like a challenge anymore. bring Shane back I can't to see if he has improved. edit because people are annoying. like when Marlon Waynes was on here. it was more challenging.

GREAT video Eric stonestreet really is an awesome actor but side note: an animal doesnt give its life to you. you take it from them. because animals want to survive and live without yknow, that life ending: )

I love that this seems fancy, but where I'm from that's literally lunch on the weekend if you're trying to save money. Cos it cost about 4 cents to make. And you cook it on the beach if you want.
