I tried this today And although I didn't find anchovies + I had to do a sour cream replacement ( plain yogurt + lemon juice + a little bit of vinegar) it absolutely, absolutely tastes amazing We had the whole family for dinner and they were absolutely in love with the dish that everyone had a second serve Bon appetit became my go-to website/youtube account for cooking You guys are amazing +made me actually enjoy cooking because of all the science references and explanations lol

Finally made this dish It's delicious. I didn't realize there was a difference between sardines and anchovies. so I was def surprised when I opened up the can to these huge gross fish. Kinda just sliced two slivers off one fish and called it good. Ended up getting grossed out half way through the sauce and fished (HA) out the remaining sardines. Also used normal raisins rather than golden, not sure if it would of made that big of a difference.

Damn, I misread and thought this was mashed potatoes, not smashed potatoes. I was hoping there was a thing like crispy mashed potatoes in this video. Oh well, atleast I know that Molly has a fish as a dog. Or a dog as a fish. I get those two things easily confused, mind me.

11: 44 Based on my research (and obsession with BA, those 3 people are (not necessarily in order of shoots): - Priya with the Roasted Aloo Gobi, - Chris first with the donuts then the chocolate chip cookies, And finally, - Molly with her Crispy Smashed Potatoes.

Salt potatoes originated in Syracuse and comprised most of a salt worker's daily diet. During the 1800s, Irish salt miners would bring a bag of small, unpeeled, substandard potatoes to work each day. At lunch time, they boiled the potatoes in salt brine.

So I made this recipe for my friends and it was a SMASH Pun intended. It was so successful, it was demanded at our annual Friendsgiving this year. Also, I'm now obsessed with Aleppo pepper and put it on everything. So thanks for that.

2: 14 - That is the reason that not only do you wear an apron while cooking, but you also never wear tight clothes. If she was wearing skin tight clothes, she still would have been seriously burned.

I had heard that salt should be added after the water starts to boil so that it doesn't pit the bottom of the pot. Has anyone else heard this? Does it matter when you add the salt to the water?
