One dish. Two days. We challenged super taster Chris Morocco to blindly taste a dish made by Andy and then reverse engineer it as closely to the original as he can. The challenge this episode: Jamie Oliver's Insanity Burger

Everyone freaking out about the placement of the lettuce and I'm over here being offended by the existence of Mayo. If it has Mayo it is not a burger, its now a ground beef sandwich that shouldn't be consumed by humans. Personally, (and not in this particular layer order) Bacon, Mushrooms (doesn't matter what kind, Dill Pickles, Caramelized Onions, Meat, Tomatoes, and Steak Sauce (not ketchup.

So i'm looking for a cheese that like doesn't really want to melt, probably has like a bit of a high fat content, in a style of like an ementhaler. I don't think I could hate anybody more then you at this very moment. like the show, like the content, but god dammit, how do you do this in public un-ironically and not realize it?

I want to see him take a big bite out of his version but he never does He takes tiny nibbles to get the explicit ingredients, but what about it all combined? Plus Im super hungry right and am really really jealousEDIT: Holy crap, those two big bites at the end are satisfying

My only complaint is that he thinks lettuce should be on top of the burger. maybe that's a personal thing but the burger juices seeps in to the lettuce and adds flavors instead of making the bottom bunk soggy in my opinion. Another great video though thumbs up

Chris forehead wrinkle was so unassuming, I have to imagine the eye mask frown is on his face. Good choice on the mask. Would rather something happy and bright. like hello kitty but less mainstream. Just suggestion but hello kitty red is good too

Love this series Love the fact that every single time I watch a BA video, no matter what series it is, I end up learning something. A great idea to include food/cooking facts in the vids. Worth watching Way to go BA

I'm very pleased about British chefs getting some love on this brilliant series. It's a shame you picked Jamie's Burger, it's s little too English; reserved, sensible, and too classy/boring to be called 'insanity'.

I'd love to see Chris try one of Heston Blumenthal's dishes. That requires all kinds of creative technique. It would be an interesting challenge even if you gave him the heads up that it was a Heston dish, lol.

i do agree with chris 100%, the lettuce at the bottom is soggy and screams sloppy, it downgrades an otherwise great burger to macdonald gourmet burgerlevels. Jamie a great chef but he is not good at everything
