Join Molly Baz and Bon Apptit Editor-in-Chief Adam Rapoport in the Test Kitchen broccoli bolognese with orecchiette. Broccoli and sausage pair up for an indulgent veg-heavy pasta dinner. We generally use sweet Italian sausage, but like any legit weeknight meal, the recipe is flexible, so play around with your favorite style

Y'all are exaggerating. no I don't think ol' Rapo has the most pleasant personality and his digs at Andy were generally unfunny. but he wasn't acting like he knew more than Molly really at all. He was constantly turning to her for affirmation and asking for her input, giving her credit for saving the garlic and crisping the sausage, etc. He seems aware that she's the professional chef and he isn't. You can't simultaneously whine about him acting like he knows everything and then complain that he asks silly questions or makes mistakes (and he does acknowledge that they're mistakes lol. I think Molly's annoyance is just seeping into some of you all - I mean she clearly has a way she prefers doing things (the correct way, haha.

I like how Rapo was low key distraught about none of his subordinates being culinary school grads. Yet Molly, a non-culinary school grad, schooled him all video long. This, in my humble opinion, is what makes BA videos so approachable, and I would even go as far as crediting this dynamic to the latest explosion in their popularity. Something that they themselves realize, I would wager.

Can we PLEASE have a certified psychiatrist analyze this video in the context of the roles of the people involved. I don't understand why the editor is questioning the efficacy of the people who were hired to create recipes for this publication. Not only is this NOT pleasant to watch, it is also offensive on many levels.

I haven't watched bon appetit in a while, has he been in a video before? Is he always this annoying? Is he aware? The only logical explanation is that he's putting it on because instead of him being what he thinks is endearing, it's just. Obnoxious. I would have a hard time not shouting at him wow.

I'm sure he's a great boss and person but some people don't need to be in front of a camera. like maybe no more Rappo actually teaching how to do whatever it was they were suppose to be doing. It was just super chaotic and I'm not sure I actually learned anything.

We gotta take a better picture proceeds to pull out an iPhone camera in harsh lightingTho her shade towards iPhone photos shows what she knows. Your iPhone camera is better than most cameras you can buy off the shelf.

Couldn't finish the video since Molly was so rude, condescending and confrontational. She might be a pro but she's an unbearable know-it-all to be around, I'd much rather cook and eat non-perfect food with Adam.

Molly is a G. Adam, the editor of a cooking magazine, knows very little about basic cooking. Also, don't say bowl-uh-nayy-see. Giada De Laurentiis has the market cornered on over pronouncing italian words.

He's the worst kind of coworker you can imagine to have. He thinks he knows everything. I hope he's not like that all the time. Molly good job for making that video with him I would leave in half way through it.
