Don't use non-stick unless it's cast iron or carbon steel. Those non-stick surfaces don't harm you, but the Teflon and other surfaces are really not good for you. It isn't difficult to keep your wok and cast iron skillet seasoned, and if you don't know how, there's about a thousand videos here on youtube that will show you how. 3 cast iron skillets (of differing sizes, a dutch oven, and a carbon steel wok will cover you for any skillet type pans you will ever need and you'll be able to pass them down to your great great grand kids they will last so long. We have some cast iron that's been in the family for at least 4 generations, possibly longer. You will never do that with teflon or glass cookware.

I love you Brad. But can't help wondering how on Earth your company payes for a floor at the most expensive building in the world. Is Adam like a crazy rich guy who just foster homeless chefs and gives them occupational jobs? (well, all of you kind of look like you live in the kitchen and use whatever clothes good will gets you, cooking the most uninteresting food on earth. Sometimes giving you special tasks like inventing a way to boil an egg.

Brad, just dont change. God you make me laugh, what ever Rapopo says or negatively comments, dont let him make you feel less than what you are. An amazing chef. Boss or not. Dude, you made my hubby and I watch you videos religiously. We all love you. Rapopo, you're a real boss. You make people feel inferior to you. Stop nagging or poking fun out of people and try to be nice. FYI stop cutting off other people. Thanks.

Go back to your corner office, Rapo, and find more room in the budget for its alive. goin places Went went through and liked all the comments about how awful Rapo is to his subordinates and on camera. Im sure hes a good business man, but keep him out of the kitchen. Hes trying to become a personality, like the next Claire, or Brad, or Chris. It aint gonna happenen.

Everyone in the comments seems to have a no bad but 'ehhh' personality about Adam, I don't think he's terrible just one of those people that are just unaware how they come off. Like he seem's to be coming off as jerkish or rude but I think he's just blunt and a earnest.
reply

Does Rapo even TRY? I keep thinking his behaviour on camera is just a put-on for colour but honestly he couldnt be more irritating. We call it over cooked. Just stop. So do that management thing that keeps BA running (which is clearly successful) but stay OFF CAMERA

Why are all the comments going in on Adam? I love brad but I love Adam too. U kinda gotta take everyone in the office together theyre a family. Im sure it doesnt make brad feel any better to see everyone putting Rappo down and It hurts Adams feelings to boot
reply

Adams personality makes sense for the position hes in. He never actually says he doesnt like what the cooks make, he always immediately goes into how to to make it better mode. You want that kind of energy in a leader yall just hate to see it
reply

You should consider a series with Brad showing off his yolo improvisations, Chris taking the idea and making a fancy high dining/refined version, then Rapo completely butchering the cooking of it in the last part.
reply

Not sure why they kept the long shot of rapo racking his brain for something to criticize and settling on Brad's knife skills, but it definitely wasn't an engaging editing decision. Everything up to 7: 37 was fine tho.
