S am I the only one that loves how much respect Chris gets? the other BA members are always asking for his help and the music that the editor uses in this series is way more serious than the one in gourmet makes hahah I find it to be hilarious (Plus how he rides the shopping cart is iconic)

i never understud why gringos call it crema, or queso, when its perfectly ok to call it cream or cheese, or even worst i have seen them saying queso-cheese like saying fromage-cheese to name a french cheese. is so wierd. dear yankees its ok to say cotija cheese or oaxaca cheese. please. it confuse the mexicans when you ask us for queso-cheese.

The thing that drove me nuts is that I am a Guy Fieri fan and know 100% that he pronounces his name with a T rather than the R that is in it. Guy Fietti is how it is pronounced thought it isn't spelled that way. Made me cringe every single time his name was mentioned. D- for you guys

The fact that Chris could not replicate this just makes me respect him so much more. The fact that Rick knows how Guy wears his glasses makes me worry and I suggest a bit of vacation time to reflect and heal. In fact, Cancel Brads trip to anywhere and send Rick to Cancun.

Unpopular opinion: I realize everyone just loves chris and Andy, but I think they both are insufferably pretentious and the only reason I watch this series is because I enjoy watching Chris struggle so much, only to be wrong.

Epazote is NOT Mexican Oregano. There is no such thing as mexican oregano besides regular oregano grown in Mexico. Epazote a very unique herb that is used mostly in central Mexico cuisine, but also used in the rest of the country.

Chris NEEDS to get a hug and to be congratulated on doing this amazingly. Who on EARTH would get that many ingredients right, let alone nail the taste in the end? If graded on a curve, that B would turn into an A + very quickly.
