Join Rick Martinez as he makes Tacos Placeros. This time we're stepping out of the Test Kitchen as Rick takes us to Queens to find the best Tacos Placeros in New York City. What are Tacos Placeros, you ask? Well, they're giant plate-size tacos that have a little bit of everything in them, traditionally depending on what's available They can include various meats, but these particular tacos from Horchata Deli Grocery feature deep-fried, stuffed chiles rellenos

La interaccion con Lupita fue muy forzada, muchos momentos de silencio donde Rick no hablaba con Lupita por la barrera del idioma. El profesor uviera echo esta experiencia mas plasentera para todos (suponiendo que El realmente es amigo de Lupita.

What is up with the sound level lately? C'mon, I have to put my volume WAY up when looking at BA vids lately, especially compared to other vids I regularly watch, which was no problem at all beforehand. Such a shame

I am sincerely asking my Bon Appetite crush Priya to make something that I think would be amazeballs. This would require Rick and Priya to make an infused recipe that I like to call Paneer Tacos. Love Romesh

That was GREAT I really want to try those now I'd kill for just a chili rellenos right now, but to have that in a giant taco with those saucy fixin's? OMG yes please Great video

Would've loved to see this woman explain the dish by speaking directly to camera, rather than Rick explaining things. Let me hear what the chef has to say Even if it's in Spanish.

Professor of Taco Literacythere is no single, double or triple word combination of non-prepositions in this title that wont cause a Trump supporter heart palpitations.

As a Dominican, using plastic bags to sweat stuff is second nature and there's no judgement but that is not a healthy thing to do. It's better to use kitchen towels.

This is really awesome. I've had authentic tacos before but it's amazing to think you know about something and then see it in a completely different format.
