I went to my local TJ store yesterday and found that these wines you reviewed come in around the holidays and that's the end of the supply - - basically a one-shot opportunity to purchase. The only one I could find was the Meritage, three bottles were on the shelf.

I would love to see a video tasting the wines that Food Lion offers. I am new to the wine world. I live in BFE and we do most our shopping an hour away at food lion. We do have a new pizzeria in town and they sell some excellent wines I can credit them with getting me interested in wine.

Went to TJ's yesterday and filled up my cart! FYI/BTW the Laurent Dublanc Cotes-du-Rhone was definitely a stand out in its price range. However the second bottle finished better because I let it breath for a few hours prior to drinking. Great video, excellent review!

Why would anyone drink a wine if the scent contains a hint of barnyard I grew up in a semi rural area and have spent much time in barnyards. I certainly would not want to be reminded of that scent in a drink. SoWhat does hint of barnyard actually mean in a wines scent

While I liked the content of the video, I did not like the editing. All that needless zooming in and out was annoying. Wine is supposed to be a relaxing beverage, but the video editing seemed like it should have been a review for energy drinks.

I bought the two buck chuck back when it was two dollars I don’t know if it was because it was summer. I don’t know what happened to that wine during its life, but it was completely unbreakable and I couldn’t even cook with it. sad

I bought a couple of bottles of Two Buck Chuck back when it was still two bucks -- a price point that they held for a long time. I figured if I wound up dumping it all out, I'm only out $4. After a few sips, that is exactly what I did.

Ditch the extensive editing. The viewers are watching the video for Andre, and editing his narration away comes with the loss of authenticity. The editing needs to be guided by Andre, not some boss who’s after the best numbers.

Those of us who had Two Buck Chuck when it was actually was Two Bucks(1. 99) have a tear in our eyes. The Cab was the best and was quite drinkable. Lotta fond memories of time spent in SoCal in the 90s.

This would be much better as a blind taste test including TJs and other more expensive wines, and reveal the source to the taster after done rating everything.

Sad that this was probably filmed before the Diamond Cab came out cause that woulda been nice to see or any of the other platinums that came out this season!

Just looking at the video, the organic Calfornia wine looked like it was artificially colored. It didn't look like a natural red wine.
