Join Claire Saffitz in her home kitchen as she makes three types of homemade pasta from scratch: ravioli, agnolotti and mezzaluna. She shows you each step in the pasta making process, from making the pasta dough and ricotta filling to cooking it all up. Georgia: As a pasta obsessive, I've found that 75g of 00 flour for every medium egg works well. Obviously this is going to be different for different areas. Love pasta, love seeing people make pasta, love eating pasta and love seeing clair make pasta.

Let's face it guys. We have all the time in the world to do this now. My excuse was: I don't have time. Now, with the mandatory quarantine, I've made homemade cookies, brownies, I'm resting my pizza dough right now. Now, I'm waiting for my teas to arrive so I can enjoy homemade boba drinks. Lol. I'm going to make this soon. Hopefully.

I really good way to eat all type of pasta ripiena, like ravioli o agnolotti, is with butter, sage and parmigiano. It's similar at the way Claire did, but you put some sage leaf in the butter and then you mantechi everything together. It's a really quick but extremely good plate to do

OMG, I've missed Claire so much! So happy she's back! The pasta looked SO GOOD. Good thing I didn't watch this video on an empty stomach! And stressed out cat! mom Claire is such a mood, lol. FELIX!

Claire is just so incredibly relatable, even when she is doing impossible things in the test kitchen, this just makes her even better. I wish I could just hang out with her and eat.

I don't get why wouldn't pasta be healthy. A single mars bar has like twice the calorie and sugar that a big portion of pasta does, not to mention those are complex sugars

My personal favorite tutorial for homemade pasta is tasty: 101 pasta video. I usually dont support buzzfeed/tasty, but I do think that their tutorial videos are very good.

This is a time where people are finding comfort in carbohydrates and i don't think there's anything wrong with that. Me: tears up while eating instant ramen with rice.

c'mon Claire, you bake. no need to villainize carbs here. it's not the enemy, the inability to self-moderate is the real enemy. looks at all the sodas in my fridge
