could you do a video (a master class, maybe) of sort of the basics of baking? like if i were to make the most basic version of cake, cookies, .whatever else you bake (brownies? bread) what's the difference? is it eggs? baking soda? and how do you know how long or how hot to bake it? it seems like everything involves the same basic ingredients and i can't for the life of me figure out what makes it all different.

I was lucky enough to go to C&D in Carnaby today and had some super yummy biscoff rocky road. I just wanted to say though that as much as I enjoyed my cake, the music playing in the shop was a slight let down, excessive swearing in every song. Just thought I'd mention it as some feedback, cake was delicious though x

What brand and size cupcake cases do you use? I really want to know because all my cupcakes cases are either too small and have no depth or just too big like for muffins. Please can you let me know - I would really appreciate it

I'm more of a waffle fan. I like filling the little craters with yummy maple syrup. And Savory waffles are one of my favorites things. I made savory waffles the other day for dinner. They were loaded with veggies and cheese.

Just wondering how easy it is to take this recipe and make it into a cake? As far as the cupcake recipe goes. Can I just dump it in a cake pan and bake it until its done? Or are some adjustments needed? THANK YOU: D
