Thank you #CapitalOne for sponsoring this episode of #Eater at the #Diplomat restaurant in Milwaukee. Everyone should note how Chef Baldwin took the time, not just to showcase his menu, but to actually teach all of us watching. One can tell how great his staff is by his dedication to making them better cooks. Did everyone notice how quiet it is in the kitchen A sign that all are focused on their jobs and sharing in the goal of being ready for service. Do a few things very well and you will be success in life.
Thank you #Eater and the social media team for not just entertaining us but sourcing people who educate us.

As a born and raised NYC guy. I really appreciate this series going to places that aren't NYC, LA, Miami, Chicago, DC and SF. There is a lot of good things in food culture all over the country and world and it's great for someone like me to see that there is plenty of talent outside of the major established culinary destination cities of the U. S.

Always fun to see a place featured that I could actually eat at some day. Baldwin seems really approachable and his food seems down to earth, tasty and purposeful in composition, but nothing high brow or over-pretentious.

I love you presentation(s, very laid back but knowledgeable and really communicating with your audience!
And if you can make something that's great or excellent you should.
I whole heartily agree!

It’s nice to have a break from seeing fancy things like a Michelin star restaurant or a fine dining mis en place. This was a needed video.

I love how he explains everything so well and goes above and beyond to make sure his workers are recognized for their work.
