I used to visit this building complex so often as a little boy with family because of the noodle shop there (Kim Chuy's, which is still there) but haven't been there in years. Went back there this past week to try Howlin' Rays. We had to wait over an hour to even place our order. The sandwich is definitely the best thing on the menu. Greatest thing, however, is that the building no longer smells like old piss and homeless people. It's so much cleaner than it used to be. Got some take out from the noodle shop afterwards for dinner. Good stuff

I teared up just by watching this video. I visited Howlin' 2 years ago just before the hype began. The wait was only 25 minutes and Johnny and his boiz' were legit! Fast forward 2 years and now the wait is upwards of 2 hours plus proving that people go ballz in for excellent chicken and stellar customer service! Parts of my taste buds still haven't returned but like a good neighbor. HR is there! Lol. Check out my Yelp review on this place (Kenny G. Rock on guys.

Drove 40 minutes in LA traffic to have this chicken today thanks to this episode. Had to wait an additional 2 hours in line and cooking time. It was completely fantastic, the second best fried chicken I have had in the LA area, but I don't think I'd do 2 hours for it again. I will come back when the lines get down to a more reasonable length. We did chicken and waffles, fries, and the market special which was peas and bacon today. It was all so delicious.

I ate three hot buffalo wings in less than a minute which had been Infused with ghost pepper extracts and other spices from steakout which is based in the UK as its name suggests it's a restaurant that specialises in steaks and I kid you not my Intestines felt swollen the next morning lol ridiculously hot to the point it's inedible as you can't taste the flavours your tongue is numb.

One time, I picked a habanero pepper and then touched my eye. Then I went to pee, and my hand still was hot and made another mistake. Then I washed my hands and face and the juice got into the washcloth I was washing my face with, and my noose, my cut I got earlier, and my eyes were burning, along with my privates.

I dont know if this applies to all animals but the best tuna catchers kill the animal as quickly as possible so that the stress hormones dont make the meat taste bad, now imagine the flavor of the chicken killed while it was having a wet dream.

Got chilli in my eyes once, my mother told me to wash my hands and then instructed me to rub a bit of lemon juice on my eyelids and just a little in my eyes, it stopped the burning and then i washed my eyes with water, all was fine.
