Loved the comment about loving research -- no matter what you're writing about. I'm a food historian, so I do a lot more reading and interviewing and combing through archives, vs. eating -- and yet it's an unbelievable high, digging up the information, discovering new ideas and facts. So that statement really resonated for me. Thanks for that.

I know a lot of people hate on this host. But, I can't lie he's grown on me; very informative and his passion for the subject matter just oozes out of him. It's always entertaining to watch a person who is not only knowledgeable but loves what he's doing share his passion with anyone willing to click a link - well done Nick!

How could you hate writing Nick? This might be the only way some of us get to experience what you do, you should love being able to write and portray that. Or telling us the process, the hidden insights of the chef, or even just being entertaining. You should love writing >: ( I thumbsup'd this video anyway though.

The only problem with his job is that he is more than likely seriously shortening his life span by eating huge quantities of meat on a regular basis, and no this is not coming from the mouth of a Vegan. I like meat, I just really like my health and life also.
