I am from India and love avocado so much. Here, they are imported, really awful quality and costs a lot! Sigh. Now cant stop thinking of loaded nachos gauca-- my comfort food, so many memories of mex food in the Indian kitchen. I want to meet this Avo Guy of NYC and will be on the lookout to taste these as soon as I come back to NYC. Love and blessings from India.
