There's something about the co-hosts I don't like. It feels like they're trying too hard and coming off as fake. Almost like they're actors trying to play the role of food show hosts, and failing. Assuming this is a series, I'll give them another episode or two to find their feet, but so far I'm not impressed.

I think it sounds unnatural because they're required to talk at length about it, and too each other. In other videos like with Lucas or Nick, there's some banter with the proprietors, random customers, etc and then they speak directly to the viewer. Idk that's just my take on it.

The Eater comment sections are either filled with obsequious fawning, or weirdly critical comments about the hosts. The videos seem normal, and designed for a general food interest audience, but the comments are odd.

Its the little things that she does that makes you notice that she's a little off. Like biting a potato chip with her front teeth at 7: 59 instead of popping the whole thing in her mouth. no human does that!

Every time I see a brother sister that's close I think they're. too close. Cause I can go years without speaking to my siblings and be okay.
