You know, I just don't like that flavor combination. I like the Asian sweet meat thing (teriyaki, bulgogi, Korean short ribs, whatever) and I like savory cheesesteaks, but I don't like the combo. I've tried the teriyaki burritos with the sweet teriyaki glaze on the beef that's then combined with cheese -- it's not good. And the thing is, I love burritos and I love teriyaki. Similarly, I love cheesesteaks and I love bulgogi, but a cheesesteak does not need a sugary sauce.

Thanks for watching the return of my show, K-town! I had an amazing time eating my way through Philadelphia, making new friends in the Korean community, and tasting some of the best Korean and Korean-inspired food I've ever had. I hope you enjoy!

I think all Korean kids had some kind of food drama growing up. My mom made me a fried egg sandwich as a kid and it smelled and the kids were asking why an egg sandwich for lunch! I had no answer! Lol!

What is weird is that there is a Koja food truck here in SF that has been around for quite some time now (5+ years. Wondering if its the same family as they do pretty much the same type of food.

Agh! that bothers me. You should be able to eat what you want to eat. People creep up on you because what you're eating and they play it like it smells but they secretly want it.

I would. Swap out the bread for a pita, go with the spicy pork instead, lose the cheese, add raw onions and fresh cilantro. Oh, then its no longer a cheesesteak. Oh well.

His facial expressions are so disappointing but then he loves the food. I'm getting mixed messages here I'm emotionally unstable and menstrual he's messing with my mind.

I have my own twist, chopped Bulgogi like at D'alessandro's with a white cheddar kimichi sauce with onion and grilled chopped Shishito peppers on a deli style sub

Finally, another video about Korean food! I just had a Korean BBQ recently and thanks to these videos I know better than my friends. We need more of this.
