I like the places they visit. However, I would like to have more information about the food. What breeds of animals did they use? How were they raised? What type of wood was used in the fire? etc. Also, when the hosts are eating the food it would be good to have a bit more evocative description of the flavours. I really enjoy the camera work, editing, and food.

These hosts are lacking the language of commuting with the audience, they're just showcasing food and not describing it well with familiarity. I know these dishes but in general as a viewer I don't feel as if they're doing a good job selling it.

Where does eater get its money to continue its show. I mean they have a low amount of subs and views how is it still running even with sponsors i doubt they have many sponsors. I hope eater keeps pumping vids though: )
