Nice job people. I'm glad more people are standing up to the crappy ideas this administration stands for. Who cares if you alienate some dirtbags business if he or she believes in passing laws that hurt and divide people. They can spend their money elsewhere. Not everything is about profit and in fact, most things are FAR more important than profit. Like, what kind of world am I leaving for my kids or will the next generation be able to see a rhino in the wild or only in old videos and pictures? Will there be enough forests in the world to clean the air that we need?

Eater, is this the direction you are taking with your videos now? Looking at the political views of the owners and having the food as a footnote in them? Perhaps the opposite ratio 95% food talk (how it is made, where the food comes from, where the owners come from) and 5% political stuff. Just wanted to know so I could un-sub now rather then later if that is the case.

I've never disliked (or for that matter commented on) any YouTube videos until today. Eater you have a fan here, but please keep out the politics. Left or Right. I don't need another place to be passively/indirectly indoctrinated; I get enough of that dealing with news outlets. Let your program be a place people can find common ground and respite from the madness.

I saw the dislike bar, and the fact they donate to Planned Parenthood. I mean really? How is that soo bad? Geez if this video was released 10 years ago, it wouldn't be like this. Now anything with a small whiff of feminism gets smashes to pieces. Get a life people!

The posts in this comment section clearly shows why this restaurant feel the need to proclaim their feminist agenda. A few seconds in to the video and the immediate tought is thought is: pepper your angus, triggered anti-feminist posts incoming.

i want everyone who dislikes this video to really examine what it is about it that makes them react so strongly. is the concept of a business wanting to improve people's lives really political? is the sentiment really worth getting worked up over?

It's entirely possible to fully embrace gender equality, Planned Parenthood, LGBTQ+ rights, the environment and other progressive issues and STILL recognize that these entitled white people are insufferable.
reply

Ah, you just gotta love white women emphasizing that the complaints came from men who were white. As if they aren't the same race because they point it out. Huehuehuehue, White men amirite!

people opening feminazi anti trump bakery shops? Liberals have no lives i swear lol. I guess eater is to the left, but I figured since everything on the media is left now.

It is a good idea, but I feel like they forced it too much. The food looks great honestly, but can I just get a key lime pie without talking about why Donald Trump is Hitler please?
