Traditional porchetta is made with the entire loin and belly section of a pig, a crowd-pleasing roast recipe our Prime Time hosts Ben Turley and Brent Young have prepared countless times. At their New York butcher shop the Meat Hook, the duo is attempting something that seemingly no one has done before: a beef porchetta

I hold my knife that way as well but it's because my dad had an accident in a butcher shop and slit his arm and his right hand doesnt work anymore so he held his knife straight down with the back of the knife faceing out or in depending on if he was butchering or slaughtering and he would have his coworker tie it in his hand. He taught me to butcher so because of how he had to teach me I hold my knife this way to butcher now so if you guys need tips on butchering in weird configs I can help you out

This looks delicious but the number of times these guys touch the roast with their bare hands drives me crazy. Also, what the hell did they do with all that meat?

Every time this crosses my feed I question how much it would cost for this. You're buying nearly half a cow. And if I can find 100 people to share this with

I wouldn't let it rest on the table but I would let is rest inside me belly. how can you resist meat which is cooked for 7 hour and it's right infront you.

I dunno what uses for this turns me on more: Cutting out a nice big slab to just dig right into. Or possibly chilling and thin slicing for a rad ass sammy

This series have perfect balance in that it makes me hungry looking at all this meat, and that dudes disgusting mustache makes me lose my appetite.

Throughout this whole video I imagined them preparing and cooking a human being. it was so uncomfortable, but I couldn't stop laughing for some reason.

In the beginning is there small bit of left over intestines in that half of cow torso? If not what is that dark redish purple blob by the ribs?
