At Fletchers Cafe, Chef Kat is getting playful with Jewish foods. PH: I am, ummmm, somewhat impressed. I can see the gifelte fish - minus tilapia - tacos. But where's the purple horseradish, I mean, just a smidge? Eggs are eggs. No comment on the squishyout ice cream: that needed some work. Now if I had seen them do something with a matzo ball soup, I'd be all in!

Jewish ashkenazim cuisine outside of desserts is terrible and the fact they get the blanket term jewish applied to them is the biggest shanda when it comes to whitewashing of jewish culture.
