I bake for my children 2 to 3 times a week and each time they want something new. I came across this and made it except for I used vege oil instead of butter. Hi Emma, i made this and its so yummy i got friends who wants to order. I have a question, is it possible to prepare the dough in advance with the filling, and after it rise, keep itnin the fridgeThen when its time to bake, just let it sit in the counter until its room temp and bake? Thank u Emma

I tried it yesterday and it was a complete success! So, I repeated it again today. All family was impressed by the end product. Amazing taste, amazing smell, amazing look, amazing balance between dough, filling and frosting flavors. I am really thankful to you for this video. Best regards!

Just made these today after making the bagels yesterday (yes, lots of time in the kitchen due to covid and a full house again: . Absolutely delicious! hesitating between the red Valentine cake or the banana one for next, but then there is also the croissants. Dilemmas. Thanks for sharing!

I just made them. They are so delicious but I don-t know if tomorrow they will be soft or not because my dough was not as soft/sticky like yours looks in the video. I weighed all the ingredients exactly like the recipe but the dough was so hard that I had to add extra milk.

Hi Emma. Just wondering if i want to have 12 rolls, should i double your recipe or add more 1/2 from your recipe for the measurement. If i cut them into 6 from this recipe would it will so big? And is it ok to use instant yeast? Thank you

Wow, thank you for this recipe. The dough was very soft and sticky but luckily I didn't add flower. The result was amazing. Philadelphia is a little difficult to find here but regular French cream cheese works fine too.

I need a quick help. My dough are pretty much sticky and i couldnt understand why and i started to add some flour around 3tbs i think or so and still sticky. Bit then i remember i frgot to put some salt, how do i fix em?

I made these 2 times first time I made them a bit too big and they didn-t seem to cook properly (entirely my fault )-Made them again slightly smaller and they were amazing, the dough is so soft it-s perfect
