Those cookies look so good! As always Emma, you out do yourself with every recipe which brings me to my main question. Recently, I've been craving potato bread so bad! I remember when I was younger, I loved eating the potato bread rolls my mom got from the store. With a little bit of peanut butter, they made a good light dinner. Since all your other bread recipes look so good, I was curious if you had a potato bread recipe you could share.

You just put a new meaning to a way to a mans heart is through his stomach, have you ever made booze ice cream there-s only two places that I know of here in the states that make it. I moved from Florida to Oklahoma so I can-t go to the one place in Tampa Florida which I used to live next to. Thank you

Hi, emma! --I tried this recipe and IT WAS REALLY GOOD! But there was some problem with my cookies. A few hours after baking, my cookies no longer crispy like the cookies that comes fresh from the oven. Is it normal? or there-s a way to fix it? --Thank You, Emma! -

Totally forgot to add the vanilla, maybe add it up at the top of the ingredients list with the butter and sugars? I watched the video before, and just followed the ingredients list when I mixed, so I missed the vanilla. I'm still sooo excited to bake these!

Hi emma I have a question, since were in quarantine, I'd like to bake some and send it to my friends (package usualy takes 1-2 days) and tell them to reheat it in microwave for 1minutes, will it be the same? Thank you

I only have 125g of brown sugar so I'm wondering whether to add an extra 25g of white sugar to total it to 150g or to just equal it out and use 125g of each sugar but will that make a difference to the cookie overall hmm-

When you cook the cookie, you don't eat the cookie, you feed the cookie to others and smile, because now you baked cookies, when you bake cookies, you create happiness, love the cookie, cookie is life.
