I am a beginner and I am selling cupcake and cakes. My problem, is I don't know how to make an exact measurements for exact number of orders. Can you help me on how to have an exact measurments for the order I am recieving? Like for example, a customer asked me to make 1 box or 6 pcs of cupcake. But my recipe is for 18 pcs of cupcake. How can I solve this problem. Your answer will be greatly appreciated --

Emma, Would it be too much if I add lemon curd in-between some of the layers-My store Smiths makes a lemon creme shortcake and a strawberry creme shortcake they that looks like this cake Except some layers have Lemon curd and the other layers have icing (lemon creme shortcake) It-s -14 to have one made from my store bakery but I think I want to make it myself. -When I mean to much would it be to sweet

i tried this last week and the family loved it! so easy to make. thank you! ---a little question, everytime i make a cake by using this method (mixing the egg whites and sugar separately before folding it in, the top of the cake always gets very moist and when touched, the thin top layer always comes off. is that unusual or is it expected for this method?

Emma, hello from Miami! -Quick question, will this cake hold up dulce de leche instead of the cream cheese filling? I-m planning on making this cake on Friday and keep it refrigerated for my party on Saturday. I-m just not sure if u can refrigerate it with the deluxe de leche. -Thanks in advance! -Keep it up girl, you are doing a great job!

I am one of those few who didnt stabilise their egg whites and during testing of stability of egg whites I turned the bowl over above my head -splat- lesson learned. -----I can vouch that is good cake though and anyone eating that amount of cake should host cake parties so we can all just dig in with our forks --

It took me 6 tries to get this cake down perfect. I never made a sponge cake before. It was a huge hit and will be one of the cakes for my son's wedding. Thanks. I searched 3 months for a cake that tastes this good. Fyi. I made it tasting lemony lol.

I made this cake it was soooooo amazing the cake didnt have loads of sugar like other recipes and was super soft and fluffy! The frosting was so good with the cake and all the flavours were so good together. i highly recommend this recipe

Emma, I watch your videos religiously and absolutely love them. Only request - would you let us know about pans sizes? I'm making the Italian Vanilla Cake for a birthday next week and wonder if I can use 3 eight inch pans for the batter?
