Glazed Lemon Cake Brownies Recipe! These delicious lemon bars are the perfect cross between a thin and moist lemon cake and brownies. Lemon Cake Brownies/Bars in grams and cups 190 gr All Purpose Flour ( 1 cup + 1/4 cup) 160 gr Sugar ( 3/4 cup) 4 medium Eggs 180 gr Soft Butter ( 1 1/2 stick) 60gr Lemon Juice (6 tbsp) Zest of 34 Lemons Pinch of Salt 1/2 tsp Baking Powder 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract Makes 810 cake squares. Lemon Glaze: 100 gr Powdered Sugar Zest of 1 Lemon 1 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract Once cooled, store in an airtight container. Yup: Love lemon desserts! have to try this! your lemon cookies are the best thing in the world! -One question though, the recipe says lemon zest of 3 to 4 lemons but you used 2. is it beacause they were large ones? sorry if it sounds silly: D Also how much butter did you use? there is no in the recipe: (

Is this cake really have that tangy flavour? Not too sweet? Because I-ve been searching for a lemon cake recipe that-s not too sweet and has tangy flavour in it. Cause most of the recipe just use the zest, not the juice. This has the juice but is this tangy enough? Thank you. I-ve tried another recipe and used more juice but that just messed up the texture of my cake: ( help.

Hi! This lemoncake is perfect! Indeed it is too easy, but I have a question about glaze because I did not suceeded in it. The quantity of the glaze was too solid. As I can see in your video, you add 2 liquids. Is it just 1. 5 tbsp of lemon juice or should I add something more?

Quick question. In the description for the lemon glaze it has 1/4 tsp vanilla extract and no salt. But in the video you added a pinch of salf and no extract. Is the vanilla extract optional?

Can't stand lemmon but my family would love this. it'd be a nice altruistic dessert to compensate them for all the chocolate stuff I make. --Ps: missed your cute talking ballet.
