These are meant to be eaten right away. Tanghulu is a traditional Chinese treat consisting of fruits coated in hardened caramel. It's delicious! And you can use any fruit you prefer! NOTE: If you don't have a thermomether bring the sugar mixture to a slight amber color, as shown in the video ( hard caramel. You can also test the candy by dropping it in some cold water. If it hardens it's ready. I personally don't recommend this method though as caramel can be dangerous and it's best not to mess with

Hey. I have a recipe for you. -By smelting about 40 marshmallows (or less) on a stove. you then add the ricecrispies (or Otees) and after you combine or mixed the two together you can place it in a bowl and pop it in the fridge for 30 minutes and it's ready to eat. It's so simple, quick and delicious. please make a video making it.

Hello Emma, they really look very fantastic and so much attractive that their red coated colour make you be tempted to try all of them. We make the same thing only with apples which are usually sold in any kind of celebrations or festivals. Thank you for your lovely and delicious candied strawberries.

For some reason I can-t get it right: / the first time the caramel got hard too fast. 2nd time I didn-t put it cold water and it still got hard too fast. 3rd. time I guess I undercooked it so my caramel is soft: (

This helped to much! I was trying to do a home made one but I was like why isn-t this boiling? Then I was like I-m done I-m gonna search this up and I saw that I put to much water! Thank you so much.

They used to make this red hard-stage caramel with cinnamon in it and coat apples. The soft caramel apples most go for. but a hot candied apple was fun. I will try these strawberries too! --

a good tip to check if the sugar-s ready is to get a toothpick and dip it in the sugar and then get iced water and dip it in for just a second. if it doesn-t harden, it isn-t ready.

I made these with marshmallows (since the only fruit we have is an -extremely- ripe banana -) and they turned out super good! And as you could propably expect really really sweet: 3

I suck at making caramel. A black stain on my baking career. I do everything perfectly and it always crystallizes anyway. The only recipe of yours which I can-t make -
