Cream Buns Recipe Soft Milk Buns Recipe Milk Bread Recipe Cream buns / Milk buns recipe in grams and cups: 350 gr All Purpose Flour ( 2 2/3 cups) 6 tbsp Sugar 7 gr Dry Yeast ( 1 packet ) 2/3 tsp Salt 210 gr Warm Milk ( 3/4 cup + 3 tbsp) 60 gr Soft Butter ( 1/2 stick) 2 tsp Vanilla paste/extract Once the buns cool, store them in a ziplock bag to keep them soft. Fill them just before serving. Cream Filling: 350 gr Heavy Cream ( 13 ounces ) 2 3 tbsp Sugar ( depending how sweet you like your cream) 1 tsp Vanilla Extract Powdered Sugar to dust on top. These milk buns/ cream buns are really popular here in Rome: ) We call them Maritozzi con panna

Omg wow strawberries and cream my favorite combo I've seen these type of buns before but never actually tried them these totally scream spring summer and are so perfect for this time of year Emma luv thanx so much for sharing this recipe I am definitely gonna try this sometime cheers and peace out

my mum made something like that but its very similar. the buns it exactly the same except she fills it in with cream cheese or some filly and sprinkles seasme seeds on top of the buns. ITS SOO DELICIOUS. The one you made emma looks amazing and worth to try out. -

Hi Love from the UK, I made these today and they were amazingly soft and delicious. I wanted to ask if I would be able to make the dough the night before and keep it in a warm place? So that the next day It could be easier for me?

Hi, Will This dough be doable in a bread maker? (Dough function) If Yes, then when should I add the melted Butter And vanilla in? -May whipping cream be substituted for the filling?
