If I start shaking my iPad from side to side, exactly opposite of how Chef John shakes his pan. the pan seems to be standing still. I say that for any of you who have nothing better to do with your life. Or for any of you who are easily bored, no matter how entertaining Chef John actually is.

I let out a few very loud chuckles when Chef John said to not squeeze the balls too hard. Then he told me to stop laughing, but that didn't help much. I tried.
