Tiny Tacos! Easy Bite-Sized Crispy Tacos
video description
I've tried their tiny taccs 4 different times from 2 different locations, and no matter what, they always taste terrible.
I challenge you to make tiny birria tacos next! Tiny birria is probably 10x better than tiny ground beef. You're going to need tiny bowls though for the tiny consome.

I couldn't stop giggling over the Lucy moment with the tacos opening, lmao. And I like your reasoning about them being worth it because they're both smaller and harder to make, lol. Reminds me of Stuart McLean's stories (a Canuck thing, but look it up) about Dave's record shop, We may not be big, but we're small.
We'll definitely be making these!

I like my Tacos Small, or Large! Taco taco taco.
If you say it 3 times real fast nothing really happens except the guy at the table next to you might get the Idea you just escaped from the Psych Ward at the near by Hospital.

Bite-sized tacos sounds like a good idea. Making them in a cupcake tray that is already greased might improve the process. If they have everything in them, and they fit in your mouth, do they have to be folded?

John didn t tell us the trick to getting the meat really broken up but I will: start the cold meat in a room temperature pan the apply medium heat. It will break up nicely. Another hack: use Lawry's Taco Seasoning.

Hey chef John, how about putting the mini corn tortilla between the crevices of a flipped cupcake tray and bake it in the oven until they crisp?
Only one layer of cheese is needed for secure shaping

I live these. El Paso used to make a pack of 24. We didn't fancy them up just lil tacos. Boy they were always a hit. I tried ElPaso calling them to ask of still made, but they are closed for training?

This is just a more annoying to make empanada, sort of. Maybe more akin to a taquito. Doesn't really matter, all Mexican food is the same slop arranged in different ways except for ceviche.

Thank you for eating the lettuce with the main ingredient. If someone out there doesn t eat the lettuce with their Mexican food, that s fine, but I do. Not gonna harsh. I just like it.

This is quite timely. I'm making street tacos for dinner tonight. Also roasted tomatillo salsa that I will make myself. You've given me some good ideas here, Chef John. Thank you!
