There I was, thinking I could pull a puffer fish joke and BAM he calls it right at the opening. Anyhow, that looks very good, bet this would be fantastic with monkfish.
The method of flash-baking the tacos and fish together is rather interesting. And the tacos end up looking a bit like clams, seafood style bonus!

I had to read Heart of Darkness as an assigned book my first term of college in 1973. It was, believe it or not, the second worst book assigned for the term. They had to search high and low for a worse one, Teilhard de Chardin s The Phenomenon of Man. The chemistry and math classes were a lot more enlightening.

Chef, I've never had a fish taco before. But I have every single ingredient in my kitchen. As a Midwesterner, I think the fish taco has always intimidated me. But it's spring, and this is light and colorful. And it's so simple, I'd be an idiot to have everything and not try it. Thank you once again!

Fish tacos are so underappreciated. This style looks fantastic, and I will try it out. Used to eat them all the time at Baja's (ok, alright, in North Texas) and I've made them on the grill and they're always a hit.

Rockfish being snapper is a very west coast thing. On the East coast, when we say rockfish, we are probably referring to striped bass. Which, I have to say, either rockfish would work great in this recipe.

Mr food wishes. great idea to crisp up tortillas. thankyou. I'm gonna make mine with canned salmon. yum yum. . How many minutes should I cook tortillas on their own please.

Orrrr, we could repeat history by not folding the tortillas, but stacking them instead creating Napoleons! C'mon man, it was no worse than the Col. Kurtz reference. The Horror!

make sure to mistake this for a regular taco with the much more unhealthy pufferfish taco (though some types of rockfish definitely not the best to step on)
